Shipping Policy
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post Express Delivery. Please note, we guarantee the dispatch date, not the delivery date.

- Free shipping on orders over $100
Dispatch Timeframe
- Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days from the dispatch date.
Please note: Due to ongoing conditions, Australia Post cannot guarantee next-day delivery. While most parcels arrive within 1–2 business days, occasional delays may occur.
Delivery Timeframe
At checkout, you must select a dispatch date. Dispatch is available Monday to Friday, with a minimum 48-hour lead time from the date of purchase.
The dispatch date is not the delivery date.
Need it by a specific day?
We recommend selecting a dispatch date 2–3 business days before your desired delivery date to account for any unexpected courier delays.
All products are handmade to order. We require at least 2 business days' notice from the order date to the dispatch date.
Please note:
- Australia Post does not deliver on Sundays
- Our rocky road lasts up to 21 days in an airtight container, refrigerated

Do you offer same day delivery?
As all items are made to order we are unable to offer same day delivery. For any special or urgent requests please contact us via our website or email us at info@rockyroadsociety.com.au
Can I track my order?
We will provide you with an Aus Post Tracking Number once your order has been dispatched.
What if I’m placing my order as a gift?
If you would like your order to be sent to an address that is not your own, please provide the recipients details at time of checkout including name, address and mobile number. Please use the ‘special instructions' box at checkout if there are any other details you’d like us to know.
What if I entered the incorrect delivery address or date?
Please contact us as soon as possible! Unfortunately, if your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to change the delivery address.
Can I schedule my delivery for the weekend?
Australia Post delivers Monday to Saturday in most areas. While we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day, we do guarantee your chosen dispatch date.
If you need your order to arrive by the weekend, we recommend selecting a dispatch date 1–2 business days earlier, based on Australia Post's estimated delivery timeframe.
Unforeseen Circumstances
While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives within the expected timeframe, delays can occasionally occur during transit. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for delayed deliveries or courier-related issues.
As our rocky road is a perishable product, please ensure it is brought indoors promptly after delivery. To preserve quality, avoid leaving it outdoors or in direct sunlight, as this may cause it to melt or spoil.

What if no one is home to accept the delivery?
Our couriers will leave your delivery in a safe space, if they deem it appropriate to do so. However, it’s important to note that our Rocky Road is a perishable product and should be stored indoors as soon as possible after delivery. We do not recommend leaving your Rocky Road outdoors or in direct sunlight, as this can cause it to melt or spoil. If you are not available to receive your delivery, we recommend having it delivered to a location where it can be stored indoors at a cool temperature until you are able to collect it.

We don’t want anyone to miss out on trying our delicious Rocky Road! Please note that Express Post next business day delivery is only available within the following postcodes.
